Dr. Nasrullah Ghafoor works as a Hospitalist in Jacksonville providing services to Baptist and St. Vincent health care systems. He has been a resident of Jacksonville since 2000. After moving to Jacksonville, he established his independent hospitalist practice that has grown to 10 physicians. He graduated from medical school in Lahore, Pakistan and immigrated to USA in 1991. He completed his residency in internal medicine from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. For the past 3 years he has been involved with the Muslim American Social Services, an independent project of the Islamic Center of Northeast Florida, as its Medial Director for the free clinic. He is working with a group of physicians and community volunteers to increase access to medical services for those people who do not have the means to get quality medical care. He is also a member of the World Affairs Council of Jacksonville.
