Mr. Khawaja is an attorney and has been in practice of law since 1996, in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1995, before starting law school, Mr. Khawaja earned Master of Business Administration from University of Hartford, Connecticut in 1992. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida; United States Court of Appeals for Eleventh Circuit; United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida; and United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Khawaja is a member of The Florida Bar; Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Khawaja served as the President of the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association in 2007 – 2008, and as the Chairman, Board of Directors of the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association in 2008 – 2009. He has received an “AV Preeminent” rating, highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Khawaja utilizes his legal and business background to assists MASS in managing its organizational affairs.
