February 16-17, 2022: Day At the
Capitol with FAFCC
Members of the MASS Clinic were able to participate in this years Florida Association of Free and Charitable Clinics’ (FAFCC) event “Day at the Capitol.” These members were able to represent MASS Clinic, our Jacksonville community, and FAFCC by visiting the Florida State Capitol and speaking to legislators regarding the State Grant Funding program, seeking appropriation for the 2022-2023 budget.

Food Pantry
The Food Pantry is part of our Food is Medicine program in which Patients as well as the public who have food insecurities are able to access the food pantry located within the clinic.
Prescription Assistance Program
The Prescription Assistance Program is designed to help patients obtain costly medications such as insulins, inhalers and anticoagulants.
Chronic Care Management
The Chronic Care Management Program here at the MASS Clinic focuses on providing consistent care for patients with chronic diseases such as Type 1 &2 Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension.
